Do my clients need to create an account?
No. When you share a project link, your clients get a secure, public-facing view. They can toggle options and view pricing without logging in or downloading any apps.
Can clients "approve" or sign the quote directly?
Currently, Vow Binder is a comparison and presentation tool. Clients can explore options and see the total cost update in real-time. Once they decide, they should contact you directly to sign contracts and finalize payment as they normally would.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your vendor data and pricing are only visible to you. When you generate a share link, clients only see the specific categories and options you have chosen to display.
How does the Free Trial work?
You can create your first project completely for free to see how the system works. To manage unlimited projects and vendors, you can upgrade to the Pro Plan at any time from your account settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your billing, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Settings & Billing tab in your profile.
